Having problems logging into the member's area? Please make sure you have clicked on Join and purchased a membership. Please remember that user ID and passwords
are case sensitive. If you need to recover your user ID and password, please go to the Join or Catalog page and click on the link at the bottom left that says
recover password. Input your email address and it will be emailed to you right away. Please
use the form below to contact us if you require further assistance.

Download problems?
All links to downloads are within the product
description. Click on the thumbnail that says 'see details' and then click
on "Click Here to Download." You will be asked to input your
user ID and password which are the ones you used when you registered or signed
in. Comcast, AOL and Yahoo bounce emails from My-Enema and other ISP's may
put our emails in your spam folder. If you intend to order a download
and not a DVD it's your responsibility to order it from the My-Enema Theater.
The Product Catalog contains DVD's. If you accidently order a DVD we will
cancel that order if you intended to order a download, as long as you order the
download before the DVD is prepared for shipping.
Want to cancel your membership? We can't change the status of non-recurring memberships,
so just wait until it runs out. It will self-cancel at the end of the term you purchased. Then, you will no longer have access to the member's area.

Our shopping cart is secure. When you click on Check
Out, you will see the https URL. Users of Internet Explorer will get a
message that asks if they want to display non-secure items. This is
because the menu on the left side of the page is separate from the shopping cart
but that isn't where you enter any personal information. Rest assured that
your information is encrypted. You will also notice that some of our
competitors don't use secure shopping carts!

We try to respond immediately to your inquiry but it may take several hours depending on the time of day. If you don't

Our Pledge to You. Problems with our products are very rare but
when they occur, we will do whatever is necessary to resolve it. It isn't
necessary to be threatening when you contact us with a problem because we will
correct the problem or refund your money. If you are one of those that
feel that interactions require threats, we will resolve your problem because we
pride ourselves on having outstanding customer service, but we won't do business
with you again.
